Just a note of appreciation for your excellent book on buying real estate in Pattaya, it is really a goldmine of useful tips and a great way for expats to help be guided through the jungle of investing in Thailand.
I found it by accident after buying a Kindle and it has been really useful.
Your book is a really good overview on the legal side and potential problems is a terrific help (I will be posting a positive review on Amazon).

Essential reading.....before purchasing property in Thailand.
There are lots of great agents in Bangkok, Pattaya, Koh Samui, and other locals.
The laws to me are very clear, but there are many people who try to bend the rules.
You'll be much better educated buyer if you read this book first.
You'll know more questions to ask your agent and your attorney.
Don't even think about buying a condo, home, or investment property without reading this book first.
The author Nick Pendrell knows his subject.

Thorough and well-researched
My husband and I fell in love with Thailand a year ago, and are now looking into investing in a vacation home there. Pattaya Property is a very well-researched book which is packed with useful information about the city and the process of buying property there. The author manages to make a what's usually a pretty dull subject quite interesting as it's written with a sense of humor. Not only is it a really good read but it's also an excellent reference book to dip into. Highly recommended.

This is the ideal handbook if you are thinking about buying an apartment in Pattaya. In a refreshing down-to-earth style it really did go through the whole process of buying an apartment from start to finish and tells you what to expect. Packed with current information and solid, practical advice, his book is sure to help any reader to save time and money.
