In the worldwide recession of 2009, Ben Lofthouse plans to rebuild his life on Koh Pimaan, a paradise island in Thailand. Desperate to escape the increasing hostility of the locals who blame him for his failing businesses, and determined to find the beautiful but mysterious Nataya who has disappeared, Ben is plunged into an adventure which may prove fatal.
Surrounded by beautiful women, but relentlessly pursued by a former girlfriend, and stalked by a notorious London gangster, an unexpected romance develops. A new friendship catapults Ben into both increasingly sensual and dangerous situations. With a bevy of beauties at his side, he finds himself drawn into erotic moviemaking at Casa Blanca, a spectacular hillside villa.
Ben's dreams seem destined to become reality. But an amazing piece of news he has received could change his life forever, or bring it to an untimely end... |

Praise from original publisher
“...a fun and intriguing read...started reading your book and couldn't put it down...it's unique and highly enjoyable...you've brought a level of realism to the story that only someone who has lived, loved and worked within the Thai culture could do." (Lisa Omstead, Decadent Publishing)

The best time of Ben Lofthouse’s life was the time he spent in Thailand, despite the fact that he spent it with his ex-girlfriend, Gail. Learning fluent English has opened many doors for Nataya, and none better than making movies. She and her best friend, Kanita, spend time together as best they can when she is not filming, but she never wants to give up the freedom or the perks of her job for anyone.
Knowing he has an ace in the hole, Ben is relatively unconcerned with Gail and her petty grievances, but sometimes complacency can come back to bite you. Thailand’s beautiful landscape is only surpassed by its gorgeous women, and it does not take Ben long to lose his heart. Nataya enjoys Ben’s company, but knows deep down that her friend Kanita is much more his speed. Ben wants nothing more than to forget the problems back home and find solace in the arms of his sweet young Thai lady, but Gail’s machinations may very well crush any chance he has of finally finding happiness.
It is not often you get a bird’s eye view of life in a country as ancient and beautiful as Thailand. You can almost feel the heat and humidity against your skin as you follow Ben and his friends as they chase the local nightlife. Adult film making and go-go bars are a seedier side of Thailand that gets thoroughly embraced by the characters of this story and at times feels a little too glorified. But all in all this story is a fun read with a bit of danger and sensuality to keep it exciting.
